Mehndi Seasons henna paste is prepared fresh every week to ensure customers can achieve the best quality henna stains possible. 

Due to the perishable nature of the fresh henna paste & henna cones Mehndi Seasons only provides the minimum standard delivery option of First Class Tracked and Signed by Royal Mail. Prices for this delivery service starts from £3.99 based on the weight of your order. Royal Mail will only aim to deliver your order between 1-3 days via 1st Class tracked & signed service, however it can take anywhere up to 10 days as it is NOT guaranteed. Mehndi Seasons is not responsible for any orders that may be delayed by Royal Mail.

For urgent orders, same week bookings and purchase of any perishable products such as, the fresh henna cones and fresh bulk henna paste, we highly recommend choosing the Guaranteed Next Day Special Delivery by 1pm. Prices for this delivery service starts from £8.99 depending on the weight of your order.

A signature is required upon arrival of your delivery. If delivery is missed it will be sent back to Mehndi Seasons. Refunds for missed delivery on fresh henna cones or bulk henna paste is not available. Other items can be re-sent back but you will be charged again for re-delivery.

Please ensure the correct address is provided for delivery, and ensure someone would be available to sign for the delivery.

You will be given a choice of possible dispatch dates at checkout. Please be advised that you must place your order before Saturday 7pm deadline for your order to be dispatch for the next following dispatch date.

We advise you plan ahead and try to order your fresh henna cones in advance for the week(s) you require them.


Fresh henna cones and bulk henna paste cannot be shipped due to its’ perishable nature. All other items can be shipped internationally. All international orders are sent tracked and signed by the Royal Mail Service. Once orders leave the UK Mehndi Seasons is not responsible for any missing deliveries.

Max weight allowance for international orders including packaging is 2kg. For large bulk orders please email us with your order and we can locate an alternative courier service based on the weight of your order.


In very rare cases deliveries can be delayed anywhere up to 10 working days for 1st Class Tracked & Signed and up to 5 working days for the Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery Guaranteed. Orders that are not received by these maximum time scales are considered lost and you may be entitled to claim for compensation via Royal Mail.

For International orders, we do not take responsibility for parcels once they leave the UK. We are not liable for missing parcels.

If you have a reference number you can check the status of your delivery using ‘Track your item’ on website. All orders that are dispatched will be sent an email with tracking details, please check your junk mail box as sometimes emails can land in there and mark as a safe for future emails to be retrieved via your usual inbox. If you wish to track and trace your order you can also email us requesting your tracking reference number.


Due to the perishable nature of fresh henna paste, we cannot accept returns on any henna cones or bulk henna paste. If your order arrives damaged then please get in touch immediately and we will seek to rectify the situation as soon as possible. We require a minimum of 3 days notice prior to the dispatch date for any cancellations of orders on perishable products, an admin fee will be charged where refunds apply on cancellations. 

For other henna supplies and products such as the Henna Powder, Henna Oils, Acrylic Practice Templates and the Henna Artist Resting Cushion (HARC) we offer the standard 14-day returns period in line with UK distance selling regulations.
