This website is operated by Mehndi Seasons. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to our business and our trading name, Mehndi Seasons. 


General Terms & Conditions

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully. By submitting an order (and any subsequent orders) on this website you are agreeing to the terms that appear below.

You agree to purchase services and goods from Mehndi Seasons subject to these Terms and Conditions which will apply to all transactions.

You must be 18 years of age or over.

Your email address is essential in order for us to be able to supply you with important information such as Order Confirmations, and changes to the service. You accept that your email address may be used to supply you with such information.


  1. Payment & Order Cancellation

Payment will be taken at the time of placing your order and no goods shall be delivered without payment. Goods will be delivered by a carrier of our choosing but we will try to comply with your selection if possible. Apart from free UK shipping, all carriage costs will be at the cost of the customer and will form part of the invoice. Our aim is to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days and we will let you know if this is not possible for any reason.

Mehndi Seasons reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch and should this happen a full refund will be issued at the point of cancellation.

All agreements of your offer to purchase goods are entirely subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via email or web is not a guarantee of delivery. In the event the goods you have ordered are not available, you will be contacted, and an alternative or a full refund offered. If we are only able to fulfil part of your order, payment will be taken for your whole order, then on dispatch a full refund for the unavailable goods will be made.

Customers who want to cancel their order and receive a refund on any items that have not been dispatched will be charged a Stripe admin fee of £2 per transaction before the refund amount is given.

Payments can be made using any of the methods listed in the below payments section. The total amount will be debited from your account when we have accepted your offer to purchase goods from us.


2. Loyalty Points

– Loyalty points are offered to registered customers of the Mehndi Seasons online henna shop only. CLICK HERE to register.
– Customers earn loyalty points by making purchases from the online store.
– The number of loyalty points earned is determined by the total value of the purchase, e.g. £10 purchase = 100 points (100 = £1 discount earned).
– Customers must collect a minimum of 1000 points before they can be redeemed against future orders.
– Loyalty points can automatically be redeemed online during checkout as long as customers are logged into their account.
– The option to redeem the loyalty points will only appear at the checkout page if a minimum of 1000 points have been earned.
– Loyalty points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
– The online store reserves the right to change the loyalty points earning rate at any time.
– Loyalty points expire after 12 months of inactivity from each transaction.
– The online store reserves the right to terminate the loyalty points program at any time.
– The online store reserves the right to cancel or adjust loyalty points earned if the purchase is returned or cancelled.
– Loyalty points cannot be earned on purchases made with loyalty points.
– The online store reserves the right to adjust loyalty points balances if there is evidence of fraud or abuse of the program.
– Loyalty points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.
– The discount offered for loyalty points redemption may vary from time to time.
– Loyalty points cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.
– The redemption of loyalty points is subject to availability of stock.
– The online store reserves the right to change the redemption process or the minimum number of loyalty points required for redemption at any time.

Payment can be made using only the methods above, and payment for your full order will be taken immediately. The total amount you pay is the same regardless of the payment method.

All Payments are secure, and are handled by Stripe.


4. Defective Goods

Mehndi Seasons guarantee the quality of our goods. You must inspect the goods and notify us in writing of any dissatisfaction with your order within 14 days on receipt of your goods. Following investigation, we will promptly and fully refund the price of any goods that do not meet with your reasonable satisfaction or arrange for the delivery of replacement goods. You will be required to return any of the defective goods by secure packaging.

Subject to the paragraph on “Warranty and Liability” mentioned below, we will not accept any further claims for loss in connection with the supply of faulty goods, whether direct, or indirect, consequential or otherwise, howsoever arising.


5. Cookies

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing Mehndi Seasons, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the Mehndi Seasons Privacy Policy.

Most interactive websites use cookies to let us retrieve the user’s details for each visit. Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting our website. Some of our affiliate/advertising partners may also use cookies.

Unless otherwise stated, Mehndi Seasons and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Mehndi Seasons. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this website for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our website upon request. 11. Removal of links from our website

If you find any link on our website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to do so or to respond to you directly.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will restrict our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, breach of contract or breach of statutory duty, nor will any of these terms restrict any of your statutory rights. In addition to the paragraph on “Defective Goods” mentioned above, we will not be deemed to be in breach of contract or of these Terms and Conditions as a result of any delay in our performance or failure to perform our obligations if that delay or failure to perform is due to any cause or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, fire, flood and other acts of God, strikes, riot, accident, disruption to energy supplies, civil commotion, acts of terrorism or war, breakdown of equipment, road traffic problems.

Other than as set out above, our maximum liability arising out of any order for the supply of goods to you under this contract will be limited to the retail price of the goods contained in that order.


13. General

While every care has been taken to ensure the product information shown on the website is correct, the nature of our organic henna products mean appearance may differ to the images displayed on our website. 

All product images used on our web site are only representative of goods on offer. Actual goods may not be exactly the same size, design or packaging.

If you have a concern about the information on the goods, for example because of an allergy, you should contact us to be sure that it matches your requirements,

Although product information is regularly updated, we are unable to accept liability for any incorrect information.


14. Special Offers, Promotions and Competitions

From time to time, and in our complete discretion, purchases of goods may be subject to special offers. In the event that such a special offer applies to your purchase, the terms of such special offer shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between the terms of a special offer and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless specifically excluded.

We may change the terms of special offers, or withdraw them altogether, at any time and without prior notice.

We reserve the right to offer in our complete discretion different customers different special offers, promotions and the ability to enter different competitions.
