What are your weekly dispatch days / time?

Mehndi Seasons fresh henna cones and supplies are dispatched once a week.

We dispatch every Monday throughout the year unless it’s a Bank Holiday, in which case we will dispatch on the next business day, or a planned break which we would notify customers about through our website, email or social media.

Any non-perishable supplies can be dispatched during the week by special request depending on availability. Please get in touch directly for any orders you wish to place if you have missed the weekly dispatch date.

I missed this weeks order deadline, can I still place an order?

We appreciate sometimes life can get busy or you may have a last minute client, so we will always try to do our best to help you if we can.

If you have missed the weekly Saturday 7pm order deadline please get in touch with us to find out if we have the capacity to fulfil your order for the same week dispatch.

If we can we will try to help but there is no guarantee, so please check with us directly before placing any orders online, as a fee will be charged for any refunds of orders we are not able to accept after the cutoff time.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are always dispatched on the next available date shown on the checkout page, or you can choose from the available pre-selected dispatch dates. The delivery of your order depends on the postage option you choose when placing your order.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver within 1-3 days, and Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm delivery can be expected the day after your order is dispatched.

International orders are also dispatched on the same dates however deliver timescales can vary depending on where you are ordering from.

You will receive confirmation via email as soon as your order has been dispatched along with the tracking details.

Where can you ship fresh henna cones to?

Fresh henna cones and bulk henna paste mix can be shipped within the UK only (due to their perishable nature).

All non-perishable items – such as henna powder, henna oils, kits, henna aftercare, and other supplies can be shipped UK & worldwide.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from the UK.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK you may incur customs charges to import your parcel.

Please check with your local customs office before placing any orders as Mehndi Seasons does not take responsibility for paying or reimbursing any custom tax or duties fees.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping address. You’ll see the total before completing your payment.

Do you offer a collection service?

No, we are an online store and products can only be purchased through our website and shipped through our couriers.

Can we ship to a business address?

Yes, we can ship to business addresses in the UK and abroad. Please include the company name and contact person when placing your order.

For international orders, some countries may require a business tax ID or charge customs fees on commercial shipments – we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Do I need to pay import taxes or custom fees before I receive my order?
