Customers earn loyalty points by making purchases from the online store on products only – not henna trainings or services.
The number of loyalty points earned is determined by the total value of the purchase.
For example: £10 purchase = 100 points (100 points = £1 discount earned).
How many points do I need to collect before I can redeem them?
Customers must collect a minimum of 1000 points before they can be redeemed against future orders.
How do I redeem my points?
Loyalty points can automatically be redeemed online during checkout as long as customers are logged into their account.
The option to redeem the loyalty points will ONLY appear at the checkout page if a minimum of 1000 points have been earned.
