Returns

I've changed my mind, can I return my order?

We want you to love every Mehndi Seasons product!
Please double-check your order details and delivery address before checkout.
If there’s a problem with your order, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery using our contact form.
Perishable items
Due to hygiene and freshness, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
  • Fresh bulk henna paste or pre-filled fresh henna cones
  • Any opened or used products
Non-perishable items
Unused, unopened items such as henna powder, henna oils, henna mixing kits, or accessories may be eligible for return only within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

I've had a bad reaction to the products, can I return them for a full refund?

We’re truly sorry if you experienced a reaction.
All our fresh henna paste is made with natural ingredients only and no PPD or harmful chemicals, but everyone’s skin can respond differently.
We always recommend doing a patch test 24 hours before application to ensure there’s no sensitivity.
As reactions are based on individual skin types and conditions, Mehndi Seasons cannot accept responsibility or offer refunds for allergic responses.
If you have reacted, please wash off the product immediately and seek medical advice if irritation continues.
If you’d like to share details with us (batch number, date, photos), we’ll gladly investigate and provide guidance for future use.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us with photos or a quick video with your order number within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.

Once your return is received and inspected (non-perishable items only), we’ll notify you and process a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).
