LOYALTY POINTS TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

The Mehndi Seasons Loyalty Programme (“Programme”) rewards our valued customers for shopping with us. By participating, you agree to these Loyalty Points Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), which apply alongside our main Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

  • The Programme is open to all customers aged 16 and over with a valid account at www.mehndiseasons.co.uk.
  • Points cannot be earned or redeemed by guest checkouts — you must be logged into your account.
  • Loyalty points have no cash value and are non-transferable.

3. Earning Points

  • Points are earned on eligible purchases of products made directly through the Mehndi Seasons website.
  • Points are calculated based on the total order value excluding delivery charges, discounts, or refunds.
  • Points will be added to your account after your order has been successfully dispatched.
  • Occasionally, bonus points may be awarded during special promotions — these will follow the specific campaign terms.
  • Points are not earned on purchases of gift cards, training/events/workshops, or any other excluded products unless otherwise stated.

4. Redeeming Points

  • Points can be redeemed for discounts or rewards during future purchases on our website.
  • Redemption rates, minimum thresholds, and eligible products may vary and are displayed on our Loyalty page or checkout.
  • Loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other discount codes unless explicitly stated.
  • Points can only be redeemed by the account holder and may not be shared or transferred.

5. Expiry of Points

  • Loyalty points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
  • Points that remain unused after this period will automatically expire and be removed from your account.
  • Expired points cannot be reinstated.

6. Refunds and Returns

  • If you return an order or receive a refund, the corresponding loyalty points earned from that order will be deducted from your account.
  • If you paid for an order using points and later request a refund, the redeemed points will not be reissued.

7. Cancellation or Suspension

  • Mehndi Seasons reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the Loyalty Programme at any time without notice.
  • We also reserve the right to remove or adjust points if we believe they were earned or redeemed in error, through misuse, or in violation of these Terms.

8. Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected in connection with the Loyalty Programme is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to the Programme

We may update or change these Loyalty Points Terms at any time to reflect business needs, legal requirements, or improvements to the Programme. The latest version will always be available on our website, with the “Last updated” date shown above.
