Once your account is setup, you can start earning points every time you place an order.
To join the program, simply click on the join now button to create an account. You will then be automatically enrolled. If you already have an account, you can skip this step.
Once an account is setup you automatically earn your first 50 loyalty points. Thereafter customers earn loyalty points by making purchases from the online store on products only – not henna trainings or services.
The number of loyalty points earned is determined by the total value of the purchase. Points you can earn are clearly shown next to each product. You can also earn 10 loyalty points for each review left against your favourite product.
Value of loyalty points: £10 purchase = 100 points (100 points = £1 discount earned).
Loyalty points can automatically be redeemed online during checkout as long as customers are logged into their account.
The option to redeem the loyalty points will ONLY appear at the checkout page if a minimum of 1000 points (£10 redeemable value) has been earned.
You can see the points you have earned against your orders on your account dashboard in the ‘Points’ section when you log into your account.
Yes, loyalty points will expire after 12 months of inactivity from each transaction.
